    I feel whenever people talk about girth, the elephant in the room is clamping. It is by far the best exercise for girth and so often under-utilized.

    I agree, though I just did manual clamping, focusing on making it as hard as possible. I'd kegel and then squeeze at the base on the sides with the right hand and pull on the head with my left. Hold for 5-10 seconds repeat.

    I'm on the same boat. Haven't had much luck with girth. I'm starting back again and want to focus on clamping, with some jelq. Like other said before me, I think we need to up the intensity, and try to get to a sore feeling afterwards, without getting injured of course. That's how I gained great length, I remember my penis feeling a nice soreness every day after hours of using my extender. I could tell that I was growing. I haven't had that experience with girth work.
