    I have been doing DP-4000 the pump and base squeezes for around an hour a day, 4-5 days a week for the last 5 months. I’ve been at PE for over 10 years, I’ve had great results length wise, but really have not gained much girthwise.

    Current Girth Routine
    3 sets of 25 minutes for DP-4000
    Base squeezes

    Any suggestions appreciated would be really appreciated.

    Try having more recovery time yet? I notice i have more girth and flacid hang after a short break then getting back to it. 3 on 2 off or something like that? The muscles need to repair to grow.

    Ever felt sore... like internally worked? The tissue/tunica fatigued? With length that happens often..
    If not you might need more intensity or more frequency.. or both (without getting injured!)

    If you have no bad PI's I don't think you need more rest.. but longer rest after intense session might be needed for some...

    5 months is still on the lower side..
    I got length by stretching all day everyday to the max. manuals and extender.
    I fear we need the same with girth.. ofc hard to do as we need to be erect most the time..

    High frequency - medium intensity with some high intensity or low frequency and high intensity...
    Your routine sounds like a great investment.. but it might not be enough..?

    Pump with Penomet, sometimes change the gaitor on it and do 3x10 with some upward v-jelq. Sometimes do the highest gaitor for 2x10 and light jelq between sets. After day 3 im usually always sore from going hard. I kegal in the tube too and owe base girth to this. I wear a cock ring for the rest of the day while watching for too much swelling.

    My routine changes a lot based on how much time i have and how I feel on that day. I think watching PIs and how your dick feels is most important.

    Yesterday i did between the cheeks stretches then tube kegals in an up position. This targeted so much of my base and my whole pubic area felt worked to the max. Now ill rest a few days till it feels better. But this might nit work for everyone

    Thank you everybody. I think ill add in a couple more manual exercises as well as an all day cock ring. My PI’s I notice have been good lately. Any other suggestions are appreciated as well.

    Slow and light grip jelqing 6on/1off 20mins have given me 1cm girth in 3 months.
    Then I added bundled stretches and added 0,5cm more.

    Girth was much easier than length for me.

    I don't know much about the DP-4000, if it is hot water pumping then that should show progress.

    You cold try puting a tpe sheath/condom on after pumping and leave it on. It creates a comfortable mini vacuum, keeping the pumped size as it heals.

    I have a post inthe success forum with details of what I did.

    Yeah I’m the opposite, length has been easy. I’ve gained almost 3 inches in the last ten years. Girth, I’ve neglected in pursuit of length. But I have stallion cock cushions, I’ll leave them on for awhile after I pump, it sounds like it’s safe to do so. And the DP-4000 is pretty cool, I’m just starting to get skeptical about permanent girth gains from pumping. I hope pumps produce permanent gains after long term, consistent use.
