I dont understand why it can't gain length. Those streches were intense and i was always sore after.
I looked at my dick infront of a mirror today and i felt legitimate shame. I trued pushing my fat pad back and moving my balls out of sight and i still looked like a female bodybuilder with an enlarged clitoris.
From what i read online i assumed i was above average but that mirror told a whole different story.

5.5 inch girth is also well above average. According to the same site, you're bigger than 91.79% of all other guys.
Size is ultimately about self-confidence. The vast majority of women don't care about a "big dick", and many of them will fear or dread an overly large dick. Mirrors suck ass, don't listen to them. I legit think they distort the view of ourselves. Hence why really beautiful girls think they're fat and ugly because they constantly look in the mirror. Also I'd be a bit worried if you were "sore" afterwards. You aren't suppose to feel pain maybe VERY mild fatigue. You seem like the kind were your size is messing with your head even though you are well above average. This can cause you to go at PE with too much intensity and your dick will begin to turtle and eventually get injured. You ain't stretching a rubber band, it's a living thing, don't try to rip it off.

Explain more. You said completed, so how long did you do JFR? How often? How did you warm up and warm down? What did you do prior to JFR?

It seems to me that the problem is how you see yourself. You have to change that. At 7.2 you should be more than proud. There will be women who will nope out for a guy your size.
Here are my suggestions:
1. Take a break to allow for healing and growth. A good week of no PE at all. Then do some basic PE for a week to get back into it, then week three new routine. If jelq free is not for you, move on. I did jelq free for three months and switched and gained.
2. Try PE without looking at your own erection. Try a month of PE using just the feel. Don't look down, don't use a mirror. After a month when you see yourself you will be impressed.
3. Get away from porn.
