Started doing uli's yesterday in earnest. I have a question however regarding these. While it is obvious that the area above your fingers doing the uli blows up unbelievably, what happens to the area under your grip? Is it possible that if you did a lot of these that your base girth wouldn't improve much, while your upper half would?
I am trying to counteract this potential problem (if it is a problem), by adding some reverse uli's. I do a strong kegel and lock my base with a tight ok grip, and then squeeze my glans and just below it, then hold it like that. I guess it is sort of like a horse squeeze, except I don't jelq downward, I just hold the squeeze. I get the same great expansion, only the expansion now is directed downward and includes the base area.

There are some that even gained girth on the base from Clamping. I don't now about ULI.
Maybe other experienced PE'ers could tell us..

A lot of my girth gains have come from hanging. Doing directional extremes in hanging gives you good base girth gains as well. But as far as my experience from clamping is going, my base has shown no signs of not growing.
Ask Rib about it as well, he has some knowledge on it as well.
And where have you been lately mister RBI? I have been looking for your educated and well put together posts for quite some time and been disappointed as of late!
