Well Im back and going to start with the JP90 again. My last post was on 08/2017. Over 18 months ago and to my surprise I maintained most of my gains except for girth. Hopefully I can gain a .5 in length and girth this time around.

Quick question... How long should I do the JP90 routine before doing pumping and extender? Im thinking 30 days.
