My current routines are about 45min including my pump for about 20. Is this long enough to see gains? I've been at it for a few months and have seen some gains but not as much as I would like. Here's my current progress thread. Is my current routine enough to get gains or do I need to be going even longer? https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...ss-thread.html

I was pumping twice a day for 20 minutes at 5 hg. After nine months I still had not seen any significant gains. I then added a 45 minute session at 4 hg and gains started coming though it took five years to gain an inch in girth.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1
01/14 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.25
01/16 NBPEL - 5.4, MSEG - 5.5
Fat Pad = 1+/-

The lower the hg the longer you can remain under vacuum. At 4 hg and 45 minutes you will generate some edema, but not enough to be counter productive.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
