I'm currently addressing my Pre E, which has been going great. Lots of RKs, hindi squats, and edging. Went from lasting about a minute to about 8 now. I would like to keep going until I become MMO and have complete control.
I'm curious about adding JP90 to try gaining some size. However, I also don't want to slow down my Pre E progress if it has any correlation. I have gone through the workout and have read lots of great results from many guys on the website, so it's really inspiring. One thing I'm nervous about is introducing regular kegels again. Have any of you addressed both simultaneously, or approached it differently?
