    Warm up is just a hot shower. (For reasons, I can't do anything fancy)
    Stretching in 4 directions (down, left, right, forward) for 4x30 seconds each (totals to 8 minutes)
    4x30 kegels
    Double hand erect squeezes (held at base and just behind glans) 3x10 at 10 seconds each then 1 set of 10 for 5 seconds
    Does this sound like enough/ too much for someone that's been PEing for around 6 months and notice alright gains? Thankyou

    No, it's not too much. Whether it's enough or not depends on if you are making gains or not.
