In some routines like jp90, i read about kegels, is this just stand alone workout on just the bc/PC muscles? I'm currently recovering from PreE so my kegel game is already very strong.

Does anyone know if Reverse kegaling while doing stretching and jelqing helps with gains? I was laying on the couch the other night doing my second set of stretches for the day and I did a mid strength RK and it felt like it, being more relaxed down there, helped with the stretch.
Anyone can contest to this?
