I'm excited to be here and be able to learn from all of you who have had success.
I have tried to do PE on and off for years. Often for months at a time, but I never achieved any real results. I am totally willing to chalk it up to "doing something wrong." That's why I'm here now: going alone wasn't working.
I started back in with buying the Phalosan Forte as I have a crazy busy life and the ease of multitasking with it is a dream. I've had it for three weeks so far, at about 150 hours. I have no erect gains so far, but my flaccid is hanging great. I don't put too much stalk in the flaccid hang though as I've seen that come and go in the past. Rather than get discouraged, I want to get better at what I'm doing with the help of this community. :-)
The tension on this thing is really hard for me to gauge. The clipping part bends over my hip so I can make it significantly tighter or looser, and the color indicator stays roughly the same in the green. I try to unhook it and pull it outward to see where the gauge actually is, and then strap it back in at that tension. I've been staying in green thus far.
I am doing between 9-11 hours of phalosan a day, 6 days a week. I am also starting the 90 day beginners routine, as that seems highly recommended here.
There is such a huge amount of information and posts on this site, and I have been reading through plenty of them. I thought I should also start my own post to get specific guidance and feedback for my dick's personal journey.
One specific I have not been able to find in my searches, is regarding something that may be a physiological indicator. After a workout, be it manual jelking or with the phalosan, I often have like a bumpy line along the top of my shaft: almost like a string of little knots. It is not painful but I think the line is a bit tighter than the rest of my dick. Massaging it in the bath reduces these knots somewhat, but not totally. I can't find if this is a good sign or a bad one. Guidance would be very much appreciated.
Also, without any gains yet on the extender, I wonder if I should up the tension? Or are the 'line of knots' a sign I should reduce it? ... God it's good to be able to ask for help!
I have no gains as of yet. My starting stats are:
BPEL: 6.8
EG: 4.7 (mid shaft)
