  • New Bathmate + jelq routine

    Hello,

    I've been using my Hercules and Hydromax X20 for pretty long time already. During that time, I added some jelq exercises. I've seen some gains, but now I feel like I am not progressing.

    During a week I am usually doing exercise for 4-5 times a week. 2 days off. Sometimes taking longer breaks, depend.

    First warming up with shower or using a warm towel. Then sometimes jelqinq at start but usually adding my X20, about 50% pressure, so not too much at start. Usually having an erection somewhere between 50-95%. Barely doing without erection:

    1. Bathmate X20 for 5-10min, sometimes longer
    2. Jelqinq for 3-5min
    3. Bathmate X20 for 5-10min, sometimes longer (higher pressure)
    4. Jelqinq for 3-5min
    5. Bathmate X20 for 5-10min, sometimes longer (higher pressure again, now going closer to max)

    Also doing some kegel exercies while using Bathmate.

    Then cooldown with some lotion.

    Is there something I should really change with my routine and/or add some stretching routines too?

    It looks pretty good, but I would definitely add stretching after your warm up. Nothing major just standard up, down, left, right, and straight out. Hold for about 15 seconds, it helps loosen up everything before jelqing. I like to pump as well, so keep that, but maybe add some other jelqing to your routine. Idk if your going for length or girth or both, so experiment and see what works.

      Thank you. I will add this stretching routine. Basicly I want both, length and girth. Any other advice are welcome.

        No problem, can always check out some girth exercises on here that can help out. Like compression or horse squeeze. I try to get a good balance of length and girth myself as well.

          I thought of adding some Bathmate stretches into my routine. Lets say, day 1, 3 and 5 are basic pumping and manual jelqinq as I wrote in original post. Day 2, 4 and 6, pumping normally, but doing stretches while using bathmate.

          Thoughts?

            I would always end with some light jelqs (with lotion) to get discoloration out of the skin..
            Adding cold(ice cold) water can be good too.
            25cm! Let's go!

                I bought Bathmate Max Out for Jelqing and Bathmate. This stuff feels great and it is very longlasting cream/lube. Been only using few times now but it is much better than regular lubes. Just wanted to share opinions.

                  I am doing PE for exactly two years and have gained almost 0.5 inch in girth and 1 inch in length. I would say the first 3 months most people see most of the gains and then usually slow down. I gained about 80% of the gains during the first three months. My routine when I start was very similar to yours, but I had little stretching before bathmate and bathmate sets were around 6 min.

                  Later, I added different stretches (SS, A stretch, bundled) and girth exercises (uli, squeeze, clamping, around 1:30 hr edging with cock ring in three sessions 5 times a week).

                  Now I am doing mainly BTC stretch (1 hr 5/w), bundles stretch (30 min 5/w), bathmate and clamping sets, which is by far the greatest girth combo (expansionists from inside and outside). Before clamping, you need to get use to Uli’s and then try the adjustable cock rings that you can easily adjust for tightest (works very similar to clamping and I do all my edging with it).

                  Even though, I have gained about 0.1 inch in girth and .2 inch in length, I will never stop PE. I feel my penis is fuller and wider and clamping has helped with CS development.

                  I also pump way pass my BPEL for short durations ( I reach 19.5 cm and I am 16.5 Bpel).

                  Batate is a little misleading, since most of the gains is just edema and pink goes away after an hour or so (I still mainly pump before sex for the temporary expansion).

                  I love clamping and edging with porn and feel Like clamping combined with bathmate, which stretches the tunica
                  Is the best combo and I will gain soon (I started the combo about 3 weeks ago, but have been clamping. Separately and some pumping for the last 6 months.

                  Also, stretching after clamping or bathmate is way more effective and you can see a much better stretch.
