I have started PE for 22 months and have gained about one inch on length and just shy of 0.5 inch for girth. I am 40 years old and married (I do some stealth, but she knows about my training to an extent). I work on both PE and PRE-E. I have always had PRE-E and very high libido. I haven’t had much growth for the past 15 months (most of the gains are from the first 7 months, specially the first three months). I started with stretching, jelq and bathmate for few months and have added so many stuff such as different stretches, uli’s, squeezes, edging. Currently my routine is usually an hour of BTC stretch at work (in two sessions with rice sock) and about 30 min Bundle stretch about 4 times a week. I have added edging 5 days a week for about an hour (usually in two sessions and mostly around PONR). I also clamp depending on my schedule (stealth) about 3 times a week for about 30min (3*10).
I feel my CC has developed and feels rock hard whenever I edge or have sex, but my CS and glans (I think they are related for sure) are not fully engorged normally. I have been having sex with cock ring for the past 4 years almost all the time and with CR, usually have some cs bulge and little bigger glans. I do most of my edging with CR as well and for the whole 30 min, I usually have full 100% erection. As soon as I remove the CR and keep edging, the CS bulge and bigger glans disappears, even though I stay around PONR the whole time and CC is rock hard. When I clamp, both CS and glands are the biggest and a lot of times I Cum when clamped (just enough time to unclamp).
I try to reverse kegel while I edge and it works unless I am close to PONR. I think my girth has grown and if I measure with the bulge it would definitely be bigger by at least 1/3 of an inch. My question is without Cock ring or a way to clamp down, how can I achieve bulge in CS and bigger glans (I feel my erections are very hard and cc is 10/10 as far as erection level)?
