Hi...in PE rest days are very good for proper growth...normally rest days comes 1:1, 2:1, 5:2 etc. My query is on these rest days, any simple PE works are benificial like simple stretching few times when in bath room or a full rest is good for optimal growth. Please share your thoughts....thanks
