    Monday
    Extending 8/12H
    Pumping 3x5 minutes 15/20 minutes total .right after extending
    80 reps 5sec hold kegels

    Tuesday
    Extending 8/12H
    Jelqing 5 minutes

    Wednesday
    Extending 8/12H
    Pumping 3x5 minutes 15/20 minutes total .right after extending
    80 reps 5sec hold kegels

    Thursday
    Extending 8/12H


    Friday
    Extending 8/12H
    Pumping 3x5 minutes 15/20 minutes total .right after extending
    80 reps 5sec hold kegels

    Saturday
    Extending 8/12H
    Jelqing 5 minutes

    Sunday
    Rest day 1h extending in morning/1h in midday/1h in evening


    All day have warmups 5/10 minutes (warmup and cooldown)
    6 days a week extending 8/12h
    3 days pumping a week for 15/20 minutes
    2 days jelqing a week 10 minutes total

    Doing pe for 1 year
    Jelqing for few months
    pumping few months
    extended for 400h
