Meditative PE

    Anyone here a fan of meditating while PE'ing?

    I've been trying to incorporate both because why not use time meditating alone into the PE session and get both done!

    Only problem, is that erection level seems to fade somewhat more during jelqs. Maybe just a question of more practice but still curious if others had that same 'problem'. The good news, on the other hand, is that it calms an erection down to a flaccid quite easily for stretching.

    I would not be of the kind to take up erotic pictures as inspiration as this runs counter to my porn-free lifestyle.

    Hey thats great you dont look at porn. Sure, i think meditation and pe together are possible. I relax when I hang sometimes. Ive heard when you relax , it causes your penis to grow more, verses noon relaxing.

      Yes! I see the same when I do stretches... meditation helps lose arousal. Yet during jelqs, this can be a problem, as too calm makes the partial erection turn flaccid. Ideally erection level should be at 60-70% I believe...

        I do not meditate, but I make the PE process meditative. The slow steady counting, the focus on one specific task, the associated breathing help to clear the mind.

          I believe involving the mind into the routine will have a compounding effect on results. Deep breathing is another element I want to incorporate. As for concentration, it helps to look at the peen whilst performing strokes, but at times I believe it is best to not see or think... this is what I meant by meditative. Just being in the moment, and being aware of any sudden changes, like erection levels (in order to avoid injury), or a grip force that is getting tighter than necessary (again, potential harm possible).

          I am wondering about visualization... the impact of imagining my own peen in an improved state, keeping the eyes closed. Have you ever had success with that approach? I think I will give it a try.

            Itís the same thing as in bodybuilding, think of the muscle youíre using and tell yourself that itís gonna be used/grow. This is actually a thing.

              Focusing on the feel of the exercise while maintaining an attunement on emotions and distracting thoughts can be challenging. One approach which can helps when stilling the mind for meditation becomes difficult is to focus on the emotions being felt (and controlling them) instead of focusing on thoughts. The effort expended in this activity can often quell the mind from evoking random thoughts.
