  • need advice on getting gains back after opiods for a bad knee

I have been trying to get my progress back after having to take opiods for 6 months.
That lousy stuff messed up my hormones and I lost gains and am still having trouble rebounding.
Any advice would be helpful as its been a couple of years trying to get my body back.
    thanks

Are you under the care of a medical professional- preferably one who deals with endocrine issues? Have you had any recent blood work done?

What's your current health and EQ like?

I have a doc but i have not had my hormones checked as I am worried he may try and put me on hormones and I am afraid of going down that path.

Big Al is right. Opioid use has been linked to endocrine dysfunction, which can lead to sexual performance issues. You need a doc, preferably an endocrinologist, who can order the right tests and interpret them correctly. The primary treatment for endocrine dysfunction-related sexual dysfunction is testosterone supplementation.
            Start: BPEL 6.75', EG 5.8", BPFL 4.5", FG 4.7", BPFSL 7.0"
            05/2021: BPEL 7.65, EG 6.0, BPFL 5.8, FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.0"
            Goal: BPEL 8.0", EG 6.0", BPFL 5.75" FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.5"

Agreed. Your scenario is one where expert medical professional care would be highly recommended.
