  • New Member Routine Question

    Okay, so Iím the old guy on the forum. Iím 35, married, 3 kids all 6 and under and one is a newborn.

    I wouldnít say Iím new to PE. Jelqed on and off in the past, but with career, wife, kids, etc. I got away from it.

    I started up again about 2 weeks ago. I didnít take any measurements. But my penis feels heavier and healthier.

    I took my first measurement after PEíing for 2 weeks tonight. I donít have a wrap/tailorís ruler for girth, so that will come after, but my Bone-Pressed Erect Length is exactly 6 inches.

    My best guess is my girth is around 5 erect, but Iím going to purchase a wrap-ruler to be sure. So unable to track that just yet.

    My routine the last two weeks has been:

    Manual stretching: (30 seconds of each of these)
    Straight out
    BTC Left
    BTC R

    Then I do Kegels:,
    25 quick with a 5 second hold (I do this 4 times)

    Then some girth work:
    25 jelqs (about 3/4th erect) and overhand grip
    I then do 3- 30 second squeezes at the base (manual ok grip)
    25 more jelqs

    This takes me somewhere around 15 minutes, and I do it after my morning treadmill run. I only have time for 15 minute right now.

    I never watch porn. I never masturbate. Honestly, itís a time thing, but being a married 35 year old guy with 3 kids, you guessed it; my sex life is healthy. I have sex 6 times a week on average. (Iím really pissy on that day I donít). Thatís s big reason I donít watch porn or jerk off. As an aside to young guys, itís partly why I think I always lasted longer during sex and always bring partner to orgasm( but marriage or a steady partner helps too Iím sure)!

    Anyhow, I never had complaints or felt inadequate, but Iíd like to see myself get to 7 inches useable at least and only utilizing manual stretches and manual girth exercises.

    If I understand the whole inner penis and ligs part of this, I think I can get to 7 inches useable erect length with manual only.

    Hey PALawyer!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercises

    Donít forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

        I know there are active and contributing members in their 80s on this forum. With the number of total PEGym members it wouldn't be surprising if there were some in their 90s here.
