  • The penis growth has limits?

    I think no but in my opinion that in the first years gains are noticeable but after few years the growth starts to go slower and slower... what do you think about?

      Cant tell for sure but i know that my gains have come to a complete halt after 2 years. Been trying a lot of different angles of attack. Breaks also.
      Start 5.8 (14.9 cm) BPEL 5.2 MEG

      Now: 7 .9 (20 cm ) BPEL 5.3 MEG

        My gains stopped after 2cm (~0.78 inches). That's 2 years worth of training.

          Did you also force progress in EQ during this time? Many attempt to separate "EQ gains" from enlargement, but they're inextricably linked. See: Types of Gains in Penis Enlargement

            It's called the PE law of diminishing returns. The gains will slow and you will have to work harder to see even smaller gains over time.

              I have been doing PE for 26 months and the first 4 months of simple stretch, Barhmate and jelq in between (two sets of 10 min BM and jelq for few minutes before and in between) and I gained 0.75 inch length and 0.35 inch in girth.

              I have changed my return and tried all stretches, Uli’s, squeezes, edging with cockring and for the past 9 months I bundle stretch at least 30 min 5/week), Fowfer for 30 min 5 times a week edge with cockring (fully engorged and usually at 110% size) for at least one hour 5/week, 3 times /week sex with cock ring, double clamp for about two sets of 12-15 min 4 times a week and bathmate 5 times a week usually for 12 min before sex or at night .

              All my gains for the past 22 months are about 0.2 inch length and 0.1 inch girth. I also take citrulene mallet before workout, beet juice, ginger, dark chocolate and take cialis 5 mg most of the time before sex (helps with PRE-E as well.

              I still love doing PE (I also have PRE-E) specially edging and even more clamp edging (off course with porn).

              I am now about 6.5” BPEL and barely 5.0 on good days. I will never stop (married and do most of it stealth except bathmate while shower), since any gains are just extra. I am a good size now and if pump or clamp before with Cialis, I am way bigger.

                Based on the article "Penile Traction Therapy (Penile Lengthening Device)" in Penile Augmentation N.C. Park et al. (eds.), 2016.

                "Tissue growth occurs as a result of tissue adaptation in response to application of chronic traction...This process is thought to be cellular proliferation like the process of distraction osteogenesis resulting from bone lengthening procedures by using traction... Prolonged traction force on tissue results in an adaptation reaction at a cellular level, which thereby results in the expansion of the tissues."

                "Therefore, the use of traction device is not just to stretch the tissue mechanically, but to actually induce tissue growth to make real gain of additional penile length"

                Tissue growth due to

                "Mechanotransduction is a cellular signal transduction in response to mechanical stimuli, which resulted in modulating almost all aspects of cell function, including cell growth, differentiation, migration, gene expression, protein synthesis, and apoptosis...It is thought tissue growing against chronic traction is one of the tissue protective mechanisms to try to loss of mechanical strength by subsequent collagen degradation...In addition, depolymerization of collagen fibers by increase in degradative enzymes induced not only weakening of the fibers by collagen degradation but the increase in newly synthesized collagen, which resulted in providing the extension of the tissue without trauma."

                It would seem that we need to this in cycles to allow the tissue to grow and recover.

                Meaning do some manual work, make gains, cement gains, take break, start again, etc. The body will adjust to the “new normal”, then you could start again and potential make more gains.

                Theoretically, if you don’t stop and allow the body to adjust to the new normal, then maybe you get stuck at a certain level, or a plateau because you are not allowing for the tissue to grow.

                    Get full erection and put your penis on ice cold water for as long as you can stay in erection and reapeat (dont put your testicle in cold water).

                      Stamina specific exercises should be helpful for this purpose. If your cardiovascular endurance is poor then working on it should also bolster EQ.

                          I never had ED or low EQ problem in my life. I tried this for penis enlargment exprience. Next morning wood was 110% erect. Normally I get 90-100% EQ. I did this exersice only 1 time.

                            You dont need ice or bucket if you live in north europe your tap water is cold enought. Just run cold water on your erect penis. I took me about 3 minute for this exercise and I got "result" the next morning.
