It is time to describe how my variation of jelqing made me gain big girth.
In the past I had attempt jelqing 3 times of my life with zero results.
I was consistent for 3 months,6months,8months with the classic jelqing technique and I had zero gains in length and girth.
The last time I tried it was with a variation of mine and I gained 3/5 of an inch in about 6 months.
I call my variation “Arm and shoot Jelqing”
1) Warmup your penis for 5 mins with hot water.
You need to see your penis become red and plumped from the warmth.
2) Dry your penis and use an oil ( I am using virgin oil olive)
3)Bring your penis to 40-60% erection and HOLD the base of it with an OK grip.
The HOLDING OK grip is the “ARMING”
4) Use the grip for about 3 secs and when your penis is huge from the trapped blood, start SLOWLY and LIGHTLY a milking stroke for at least 5 secs till the glans.(do not stroke the glans) The slow milking is the“SHOOTING”.
5)Repeat steps 3 and 4 for 20 mins 5-6 days per week. It worked best when I was doing it 3on/1off.
6)When you finish with the Jelqing, bring your erection to 100% and hold the OK grip to the base lightly for like 5 secs and pet the glans softly in order to keep the high erection.
Thenrelease the OK grip for like 5 secs and continue petting the glans and the shaft and perform again the OK base grip for 5 secs.(5secs Grip and 5 secs no grip)
Do thisfor 10 mins. Its a variation of Edging and adds girth when you do it immediately after the Jelqing.
7) Warm down for 5 mins
Tips:
*Use angles of milking.
*When holding the OK grip for ARMING, perform 2-3 kegels in order to send blood to your penis and then proceed to the SHOOTING.
*Do not perform a SHOOTING if your penis is not ARMED correctly.(Correct arming is when the penis is huge from the OK grip squeezing)
*Use very slow milking (5-10secs per stroke)
*Do not use a tight milking grip. You just have to trap the skin and a littleof the meet under the skin.
When you reach the girth you need you can maintain it by doing 10 mins of Jelqing and 5mins of edging 1on/1off.
