  • One month break...become shorter and thinner!!

    Hi guys,
    I stopped my PE one month ago as I travelled to my home country for vacation. Now my unit get little shorter and thinner...I think because of the lack of PE for the past 30 days. Still I have two weeks to carry on without PE. I hope I can take this as a deconditioning break...and any idea how can I begin? Start from basic again or just continue...please advise....thanks

    How long have you been PE before 1 month break
    5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG
    10/2019 Bundled stretch: 5,6" NBPEL X 4,35"MEG
    10/2019 - 2/2020 Girth Exersices: on/off and no gains
    7/2020 Erect stretch: 6,25" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

    Short term goal: 7" NBPEL X 5,5" MEG
    Long term goal: 8" NBPEL X 6,2" MEG

      Almost 2 years....I can say one year without any long breaks. I got good response from PE. With this one month break i feel little reduce in length and girth

        Do you feel that its reduced in length and girth or did you measure?

            30 days???
            I start losing size after 3 days off. LoL

            Start with the 60% of the intensity and volume of what you were doing and build up slowly.
            In 1 month from now you can go to your max as before.

              I used to just do some gentle jelqing when i took a break from pe.

                How would you describe your EQ and conditioning at this point (compared to before your break)?

                  Hi BigAl....EQ is good and same as before break , only I can feel little reduce in length and girth. I was doing nothing during this break time( weekly 2 times intercouse). I will resume my PE and physical exercises after 15 days from now. So total break of 45 days.

                    Glad to help!

                    It could just be an issue of deconditioning. Give yourself a couple of weeks of good training before you measure again. You should note [at least] a recovery of your size.

                        Hey.

                        I took six weeks off in the summer. I was sure I had lost size. It didn't feel as good in my in my hands.

                        However when I came to measure I was surprised to find no lose in size. Maybe a very small amount of girth.
