    Hello everyone,

    I started PE way back in April 2006. I have been doing it on and off ever since, and since I started all those years ago, I have virtually gained NOTHING. I am not 100% sure of my exact starting measurements, but NBPEL was less than 5". I gained a little when I first started, but since then practically nothing. In that time I have done countless routines - manual stretching, jelqing, pumping (mostly Bathmate) and in the last few years ADS. Something that has always made PE a lot harder for me is having foreskin and turkey neck (a LOT of it), in combination with my small size.

    I have more bodyfat now then when I was younger and my current max erection measurements, depending on how I measure are 4.75"-5" NBPEL, 5.5"-5.75" BPEL and ~5" girth. And these are only at absolute MAX, typical erection size is less than this, like literally around 4.5" NBPEL at most.

    My penis has ruined my life, I have had NIGHTMARE experiences due to my size and it has robbed me of ability to enjoy sex.

    For all these years I have wanted at least 6" NBPEL and more girth (there have been times I have felt practically nothing during sex), but LENGTH has always been the main thing. My dick has never been much more than around the 5" mark.

    I am getting very despondent at this point tbh and starting to think that surgery would be the only answer. I am currently in the process of trying to lose bodyfat and using an ADS mod along with Bathmate pumping every other night, and hoping something significant happens, but I don't hold out much hope tbh.

    If there is ANY way I can reach 6" NBPEL or more through PE, and someone helps me to achieve this, I will be eternally grateful as this would literally change my life.

    Doing it for all these years really shows how much patience you got, it's incredible. While I have no advice to give you, I do sincerely hope that you break through and reach your goals. Good luck.

      More like desperation tbh hoping that something would happen. I had around 2 years off between 2012 and 2014, but for most of the rest of the time I have tried doing something.

        1. How many days a week do you train?

        2. I see you didn't list hanging or an extender. You might need to one of those PLUS the lighter things you're doing like an ads. Like one day hang for 10-15 minutes then pump. Then maybe the next day just jelq and use an extender for 4+ hours or an ads for 8+ plus hours. That way you can see what gives gains and what doesn't.

          Currently wearing my mod extender every day, aiming for 5 hours minimum each day, and doing Bathmate pumping every other day for 10 mins.

          I tried some form of hanging years ago with a padlock but couldn't get to grips with it due to foreskin. I also tried the DFrance circle device but couldn't use that either due to my glans not being big enough and foreskin.

          If I tried hanging again it would have to be with a vacuum setup because nothing else would suit me. Maybe I could hang from my ADS bell, how much hanging weight would you recommend to start with ? I could weigh something on my kitchen scales then hang it. ANYTHING is worth a try at this point.

            You said you have low EQ most of the time.
            Have you tried doing a PE regimen that yields you an almost perfect EQ?

              Let's look at the foreskin issue? What is it exactly the foreskin is doing to hinder your pe?

                EQ is not the problem, it's the size.

                Since when did most other men have the pressure of having to get and keep an absolute 100% erection every time they have sex, just so their dick is big enough to actually penetrate a woman ?

                  If it wasn't for the foreskin I would have been able to stretch and jelq with MUCH more ease. Also no pump edema. Not entirely sure how much it would have helped gains.

                      I don't have a gauge with the current one I'm using. I just set it to a point I feel is adequate but not too much.

                      I stretch up, left and down with it. The idea of stretching up is in accordance with the old LOT theory (I have a low LOT, I know people don't believe in LOT these days but I am following it just to see if it makes a difference). The extender is a vacuum bell with a belt attached to it.

                        This is my dick from 2008. It has never been more than around this size at max erection, in all these years.



                        These are recent pics. First is typical erection, second is max erection.

                        EDIT: how big do you think it looks in the 2008 pic ? I wish I could go back in time and measure it honestly without deluding myself into thinking it was bigger than what it was/that I'd gained from PE when I hadn't.

                          Definately respect your sustainability! I believe you have more exprience than me in this PE topic but sometimes knowing more doesnt mean more result. Thats why I want to jump in and add some absurd way to do things that maybe you havent tryi yet.

                          Have you tried doing things lightly? I mean very lightly! No matter what exersice you do, dont force. Just do them gently. I dont know why this lightlyness and gentlyness is giving me result. I have no theory for that and never find any logic for it, it just work. Im not like most other member here who warn people about injury all the time and telling people to do thing lightly. This lightlyness way for doing things have nothing to do with avoiding injury.

                          I myself have only 1 exersice for lenth and 1 for girth. 30 min of bundle stretch (very light) most of the time only bundle without stretch. 30 min of manual clamping (very light).
                          5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG
                          10/2019 Bundled stretch: 5,6" NBPEL X 4,35"MEG
                          10/2019 - 2/2020 Girth Exersices: on/off and no gains
                          7/2020 Erect stretch: 6,25" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

                          Short term goal: 7" NBPEL X 5,5" MEG
                          Long term goal: 8" NBPEL X 6,2" MEG

                            I am pretty sure we aren't allowed to put pictures of our dick directly in the thread.
                            Can you give us your routine. It's very awkward for someone who is actually putting in between 45 and 60 minutes 5 days a week in 13+ years in manual pe exercises and isn't gaining anything at all.
                            I honestly find that very hard to believe.

                            It's like going to the gym but never gaining any muscle.
                            To me, something feels off here.

                              Before the pics get deleted, it looks huge! I would've guessed 6.5x5.25 get a pump, or an extender and i'm guessing you're gonna gain. Seriously your unit looks legit, don't let that ruin your life, thats silly brotha.
