Lazy Jelqs
Very similar to R's Jelq but faster and facing downward. These jelqs should take no more than half a second. if not less. They need to be done VERY lightly, imagine your penis is an egg. Start off with 5 mins and work you way up to 20 the first week. Make sure to have a 1 or 2 (ideally 1) rest days. Eventually, you can work up to doing these daily, or multiple times a day with a couple rest days (at most). As you can see, this is a very low intensity/very high volume routine, and because of that it is very newbie friendly.
I gained 1/4 inch in girth plus another 1/4 of an inch in EQ gain in the first 2 weeks of my PE. Not saying the same will happen to you, but it's worth a shot.
Do these with a 50-60% erection level.

Alternate method
If you want to avoid a baseball bat like what I got, You can also do these with a reverse grip, and even with one hand, just make sure to go very quickly, and slide your hand back and forth in a reverse jelq motion. I am experimenting around with these currently, but they definitely give me my EQ boost.

Do you mean lazy jelq is similar to in this video https://www.pegym.com/penis-exercises/rs-jelq-routine but faster and facing downward.

Im on day off at the moment. I will tryi this exercise in 3 day.
0,5 inch in 2 week is so exciting that makes me think about it and want to discuss something while on day off.
Im thinking why is this exercise has worked so effectively for you? Is there any possibility that you are doing erect stretch from the base (not pulling from the glans). Therefore no need for jelq fast. The hand just stop and stay it there for stretch at the end of jelqing movement. Or maybe the real come from erect bending from the base downward? Maybe combination was the key?
