Lazy Jelqs
Very similar to R's Jelq but faster and facing downward. These jelqs should take no more than half a second. if not less. They need to be done VERY lightly, imagine your penis is an egg. Start off with 5 mins and work you way up to 20 the first week. Make sure to have a 1 or 2 (ideally 1) rest days. Eventually, you can work up to doing these daily, or multiple times a day with a couple rest days (at most). As you can see, this is a very low intensity/very high volume routine, and because of that it is very newbie friendly.
I gained 1/4 inch in girth plus another 1/4 of an inch in EQ gain in the first 2 weeks of my PE. Not saying the same will happen to you, but it's worth a shot.
Do these with a 50-60% erection level.

Alternate method
If you want to avoid a baseball bat like what I got, You can also do these with a reverse grip, and even with one hand, just make sure to go very quickly, and slide your hand back and forth in a reverse jelq motion. I am experimenting around with these currently, but they definitely give me my EQ boost.
