    Hello everyone,

    I have been reading multiple threads on edging and how to improve PreE all together. I've been in and out of the forums for sometime now and have educated myself on the topic, however I was not motivated to fix the problem on my own as I was using other things to aid in delaying ejaculation.

    I am determined to fix this problem without using things to help me last longer, and I've been doing exercises and learning how to maintain my PF relaxed.
    I begin with:
    10 minute hindi squat followed by 5 minutes of baby pose and 5 minutes of happy baby pose, every day.
    tomorrow I will be buying a tennis ball to try and learn how to massage my PF, plan to do this every day.
    every night before bed, for 10 minutes I practice deep breathing and maintaining my PF relax.
    I will do this for a few weeks to see how things go, but if there are other important exercises I should do please mention it.
    I also lift weights on a regular basis (4 to 5 days a week) such as squats, deadlifts and big compound movements.

    Now the hardest part for me is edging, and I believe out of all the mentioned things I'm doing, edging will be the most important to beat PE.
    I have tried to edge many times but I FAIL every single time. I cum every single time. Here is an example of my edging, which doesn't reach more than 10 minutes.

    I begin by opening up a picture of my GF or some porn star, this normally will get me around 70% aroused. I start stroking, about medium speed strokes,( at this point I put the phone down and try to focus on the edging) and I could do this for about 2 minutes, but after those 2 minutes my arousal dies, sometimes completely where my penis shrinks to a feeling when its super cold out. I then look at a porn video for about 10 seconds to get aroused again then I put the phone down. This time, since its a video I reach about 85% arousal. at this point my brain is super excited, I try to edge but I have to stop constantly since I'm reaching PONR very fast. I do this about 2 or 3 times with the video (always putting the phone down) to maintain aroused but it beats me every time and I pass PORN which leads me to ejaculation.

    So, for those who have grasped the concept of edging, did you start like this? If I don't use a picture/video I find it very hard to get aroused and edge for 20 minutes. I feel like the only way I could maintain an erection is through these things. I have a flesh light arriving tomorrow, should I start using this right away or should I practice more with my hand before I could move onto the fleshlight?

    Just to be clear, a lot of acronyms are thrown around in the forums, "PE" is used to mean Penis Exercise or Penis Enlargement. Premature Ejaculation is referred to as PreE.

    Sounds to me like you have a porn problem. You will need to break that habit and be able to get hard on your own.

    Have you ever just sat down and put the time in to see how long it takes to get to 100% without any Porn? Jut your hand and maybe some imagination?

    Get warmed up, do some basic stretches to get the penis loose and limber, maybe a few helicopter twirls, then stimulate yourself until fully hard. How long does it take?

      I wouldn't call it a porn problem because it can be days and days that I don't watch porn and I don't have a problem cutting it out. I just use it to help me get hard. I feel that with only my imagination, it won't get as hard.


      anyway, I just tried edging with my new flesh light and used a little imagination and there it was, rock hard erection. However I only last about 8 minutes before I came. I failed once again..

        Sounds like a win to me. Be patient. Baby steps. Recognize and celebrate the wins, no matter how small they may seem.

        Another approach could be to try to maintain an erection while only using your imagination and your hand with light pressure strokes and a decent amount of lube. Keeping your erection is the goal here. Once you can maintain your erection for an amount of time you're happy with, increase the pressure of your strokes a little. This is just a thought of a slow step-by-step process... maintaining an erection with little stimulation, and then increasing the physical stimulation to work on desensitizing. It will be a balancing act and it will take some time. But it's something different to try. I've done this to resensitize myself after death grip masturbation kept me from maintaining an erection during sex, and then to progressively desensitize myself to help gain/maintain stamina.

        And for the record... I've been fortunate enough to not have had PreE, and I can't even last 4 minutes in a Fleshlight. I think you're doing fine.

          I will definitely try this approach. That is a problem I have actually. If we go for round two, which is very rare because for some reason I cannot get hard again ( looking for answers to this, and ways to change that), I could be hard for sometime but after a certain period I start losing my erection which is very frustrating.

            Almost everyone goes through a refractory period before being able to get erect again after ejaculation. Some take a long time, some take a short time. It's normal. There may be ways to train to lessen/eliminate it, but I haven't read up on it, to be honest.

              When I started out on PE, my refractory period was measured in days.

              Starting a year or so in, the refractory period shortened. First it was a few hours, then less than an hour.

              Then about 2 years in, it started out a few times that the erection did not go away after ejaculation. Now I always stay hard after ejaculation. It used to be it would go down to 75% and hang there for a while. Then more recently it started to stay up at 90%, then with stimulation it will pop back to 100%.

              I think it comes from a combination of daily edging/ballooning and 5G tea.

                ahh understood. Well now that I have some of you replying to my questions, I have one more. In regard to ballooning I i've been reading on how it is done and I tried it last night. I am uncircumcised ad the only way it seems to work is if I keep the foreskin over the head of the penis. Otherwise if I pull back on the foreskin and start massaging/rubbing it does absolutely nothing and just makes me go soft. So, could I practice ballooning with the foreskin over the head?

                  It depends on you. Just be sure are getting the full benefit of ballooning. You want to be a 100% full erection and keep it maxed out.

                  I, too, am uncircumcised. I often start the ballooning with the foreskin over the head. But as it proceeds, the foreskin naturally retracts as I get fully hard.

                  I am not sure if this is the case with all uncircumcised men. When I am at 100%, the foreskin cannot go over the head. If you are able to be at 100% with the foreskin over, fine.
