I have been reading multiple threads on edging and how to improve PreE all together. I've been in and out of the forums for sometime now and have educated myself on the topic, however I was not motivated to fix the problem on my own as I was using other things to aid in delaying ejaculation.
I am determined to fix this problem without using things to help me last longer, and I've been doing exercises and learning how to maintain my PF relaxed.
I begin with:
10 minute hindi squat followed by 5 minutes of baby pose and 5 minutes of happy baby pose, every day.
tomorrow I will be buying a tennis ball to try and learn how to massage my PF, plan to do this every day.
every night before bed, for 10 minutes I practice deep breathing and maintaining my PF relax.
I will do this for a few weeks to see how things go, but if there are other important exercises I should do please mention it.
I also lift weights on a regular basis (4 to 5 days a week) such as squats, deadlifts and big compound movements.
Now the hardest part for me is edging, and I believe out of all the mentioned things I'm doing, edging will be the most important to beat PE.
I have tried to edge many times but I FAIL every single time. I cum every single time. Here is an example of my edging, which doesn't reach more than 10 minutes.
I begin by opening up a picture of my GF or some porn star, this normally will get me around 70% aroused. I start stroking, about medium speed strokes,( at this point I put the phone down and try to focus on the edging) and I could do this for about 2 minutes, but after those 2 minutes my arousal dies, sometimes completely where my penis shrinks to a feeling when its super cold out. I then look at a porn video for about 10 seconds to get aroused again then I put the phone down. This time, since its a video I reach about 85% arousal. at this point my brain is super excited, I try to edge but I have to stop constantly since I'm reaching PONR very fast. I do this about 2 or 3 times with the video (always putting the phone down) to maintain aroused but it beats me every time and I pass PORN which leads me to ejaculation.
So, for those who have grasped the concept of edging, did you start like this? If I don't use a picture/video I find it very hard to get aroused and edge for 20 minutes. I feel like the only way I could maintain an erection is through these things. I have a flesh light arriving tomorrow, should I start using this right away or should I practice more with my hand before I could move onto the fleshlight?
