    I have gained almost 1 inch in girth and also a little length so how could I ever said pe doesn t work?
    In fact i love pe.
    You just don t know what you are talking about.
    Putting words in someones mouth is worst than lying.

    I have made several posts of saying I had done 2 intense manual stretch programs if you cared for the truth you would had searched for them.
    Also Cavalier can validate with pms that I did them.

    You don t care about the truth... you just have other issues that I m not authorized to solve. Sorry.

    I may be pedantic, but I am all about correct use of terminology. Especially in such a underground field. Scare mongering is a no no.
    I understand fully where you are coming from on the physical level this seems such a straightforward thing to deal with . It is hard to grasp how difficult and long term an issue it can be . The mental side of it is certainly very problamatic .

    I agree. Mental aspects are underrated IMO. I've had so many high adrenaline moments, along with boxing, I was in the army until 2014, It's like taking stimulants. Your unit just dissappears.

    During pe, I experienced a log pop(or what people describe as log pop) it freaked me out and my dick just shriveled away to a stub. I took a day off and my hang came back. At the end of that week I gained in length. Im convinced it was my fear that made me shriveled.

    Kegeling while stretching (deliberately or not) can also cause this. There are some exercises where you can Kegel against a stretch, but it's a very advanced technique which should be reserved for those with a very high level of conditioning and kinesthetic sense..
