Thread: The PF tensing danger has to be posted in the START HERE button

    OK here is the deal.
    More and more members are complaining for having side effects from PE training.
    Most of the times is because they have tensed their PF from PE training. ( I am one of them).

    I recommend the mods and admins to post a full detailed info about it in the START HERE button in order to save the new members and also help the old ones that are not aware of this subject.

    IMO after being with a tensed PF and recovered and after read so many posts about it I have the feeling that the PF tension is one of the limiting factors in penis enlargement.
    A dick that can not get a proper blood flow can not grow.

    And the growing thing is the least that a person with an over tensed PF is caring about.
    The low libido and low EQ and the PF annoying irritation feeling are the worst.

    Its not a recently issue...
    Its all over the place for lots of years.
    Its that we couldn t identify what was happening and we were blaming the dick parts as having a prob when the real prob was the PF.

    This is all old advice. The idea of the PF being 'the' limiting factor is just an opinion of the OP. Based on looking at a few posters.

    I would want graphs, numbers and ultimately results to take it as a fact.

    There's tonnes of big gainers that never became obsessed about this.

    Also there are loads of things and activi completely separate from PE that hit the pelvic floor.

    Im basically question your study on thus matter. Ars you a Dr? A veteran trainer? How many people have you studied? What's the numbers? The returns?what are the variables Etc.

    Outside aid varifiable results and peers studied and repeatable experimentation I don't see anything new or exciting in this.

    I always careful when someone starts spewing 'facts'.
