  • girth vs length as beginer sets the future gains?(theory?)

    so I was reading threads here and there and it seems like there are people who gain girth faster than girth
    then others seem to be opposite.
    im curious now if that all depends on your beginner routine if you chose a routine that gains you length you somehow continue to gain what you started with


    people who have gained either girth or length but have hard time gaining other please share

    1 what did you gain easier
    2 what did you start with

    I pretty much consistently gained in length, but girth was elusive.
    That being said, I was able to make significant girth gains, sometimes just generally, once or twice I did targetted girth routines that produced results.

    I think length was easier. I gained 2 inches in length and 1 in girth

      Length was quite quick for me.

      I attribute it mostly to Directional stretches and extender use.

        what did you do for girth?
        did you take a break at all before you gained girth later?
