so I was reading threads here and there and it seems like there are people who gain girth faster than girth
then others seem to be opposite.
im curious now if that all depends on your beginner routine if you chose a routine that gains you length you somehow continue to gain what you started with
people who have gained either girth or length but have hard time gaining other please share
