So after only a few days of taking a break, my length is 1/8 shorter. Measured 2 days in a row now and it’s an 1/8 shorter.
1. Is pe only temporary and if any gains are made you immediately start to lose them as soon as you stop?
2. I have been going extremely aggressive at it with lg hanger, btc, bundled hanging, etc and no gains have been made for a year and half. Is it possible a simple manual stretching routine would do the trip to break through a plateau?
3. Is it really possible to gain length? What’s the best most promising technique?
4. I’ve tried the most extreme in hanging and bundled hanging and it hasn’t worked. Is it possible I will never gain length?

1. I have lost 1/8 inch length which is the only thing I gained in years. And I only gained it recently.
3. You only hung an hour a day for 3 days a week? Only 3 hours a week? How did that work out for you? I’ve read about at least 10 hours a week and I’ve been killing myself to try and get the time in.
4. I’ve tried a penimaster pro which I do not like at all. I wish there was a comfortable extender to wear all day that didn’t squish the glans
