I have a problem that is both a good thing and a not so good thing(when it comes to doing exercises).
I get erect way to easy. I'm not cut so I have to pull the skin back to get a good grip. This+the first pull gets me 80-90% erect.
If I wait till it comes down to do another stretch, it would take all day to finish a session. I've tried to think about the most unsexy thing i can, but it does not help. I've tried to masturbate before stretching, but doesn't feel right. What to do?
Another question. I seems I only have two "stages" of my penis. Flaccid and erect. I've seem to have lost the middle thing. Especialy when I jelq. I don't really get to that sweet 50-60% where you get a good pull while performing the jelq. Now, of course there is something between 0% and 100% but I don't get that spongy and elastic semi-erection that I used to. Now it's to "solid". I'm not worried and theres no pain, I just think it is easier to work with the other. Is this normal or should I join the circus? Is there a connection to my other problem? I mean not being able to get a good stretching session in, but doing good solid girth-work...
Oh, I'm on JP's 90. Sinsce lenght is what I crave for it's all a bit frustating.
Hope you guys have some advise.

You shouldn't worry too much about the stretching bit. Your brain is probably just used to you touching your penis that much at sexual occasion thus producing a erection, though after a while your body will learn that this is something different and not be aroused. This doesn't take too long, but PE in the start will take longer time than it will when you are conditioned due to you having to wait for your erection to subside. I must admit that this still happens to me sometimes, but on rare occasions compared to how my start was; the exact same as yours.
Your jelqing question is very weird, you cannot simply go from 0-100%, at some point you will have to cross that 50-60% barrier. If you find it hard to stop a erection at 50-60% and keep it there, simply go up to 100% and wait for it to subside to 50-60% do a couple of kegels to keep it there, and start jelqing
How far along are you on JP's?

Interesting dilemma. In order to PE correctly, you absolutely NEED that 50% semi erection zone. All you can do is practice. Masturbating before sounds like a great idea. Please elaborate on why it "doesnt feel right"?

haha, Okay I can see it sounds a bit weird. I get to the 50-60% but it is not as it was in the begining. It's much harder istead of being elastic and spongy. and again, I get erect very fast during jelqs aswell.
I'm 2 months into the JP-routine.
Well, it just doesn't have that "active" feel. Guess it's just weird to have no reaction when I'm used to get a boner just looking at it. But hey, that is what I'm after so maybe I should give it another go.Starting: 4.8x5.2 Short term: 6x5.5 Long term 7x6
