Quick question. If you successfully cemented your gains over time, does that mean you still need to do a maintenance routine or you can stop doing any PE?

Some have maintained their gains after cementing and there are some who lost a bit of them. No one can say for sure whether or not you will. After investing a lot of time and work to reach your goals doing a little maintenance work to ensure you keep them if need be might be well worth it.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I have gotten completely away from PE lately, other then trying to add sack hang by using weights. I haven't done any jelqing exercises for a few months now, and I am not wearing my cock ring. Even when my erection is only at a level of perhaps 7, I still have all my girth. I am a complete shower not a grower, so I reach my erect girth number earlier in my erection level then a grower would. My point is that though it has been only a few months since I last exercised, I haven't lost anything. Doing a periodic maintenance routine though only makes sense. All my focus right now is on my sack hang, so I do plan on getting back into doing a maintenance routine perhaps twice a week. Also, I have been into this a long time and I put in a whole lot of work. Someone who hasn't been into PE for very long or was consistent will in all likelihood lose what he has gained if he quits.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"
