    Hi guys, it's good to be back! Glad to see yall kept the lights on while I was gone. HAHA

    So I just wanted to say that of my of 2" BPEL gains I kept .5" gains, and I kept all my girth gains of 1.5"

    I'm starting with a light jelq/stretch routine and it will be interesting to see how soon any gains come back.

    I am also attempting a new red light/testicle testosterone plan to see if I can get good results. Last time was a fail, but this time I'll either get good results or bbq my nuts in the process

    Any new magical moves been invented since I've been gone?

    Several claims of magic systems, nothing has any track record so far.

            EQ took a big hit. Can't wait to get it back to where it was.

                Gains were2"= BEPL
                1.5" MEG

                Mostly Jelqs(every kind)
                Then flaccid stretches
                standing straight down stretches
                Erect bends

                Tried a bathmate but had very bad injury with it.

                The craziest stretch I did was this.
                Standing put one leg on a chair, reach behind and pull diagonally backwards. Kind of like a standing, modified BTC.

                I stopped because women told me the size was too big, I am starting back up for me, because I like the positive mental and physical benefits of doing PE for me

                      I never had any issue with that length but girth is a different matter . It comes up regularly onsite that girth can be an issue for partners

                        So I got a lot of the gains back.
                        now at 7.25 BPEL and 8.25" BPFL

                        EQ is still usually 6 out of 10. I would say the biggest downfall of quitting PE for so long is the loss of EQ.

                          Could I please ask you to explain your bathmate injury? I love using mine and would like to avoid other’s mistakes.
                          Start: 12/10/18 BPEL. 5.75. MEG. 5.25.

                          Now: BPEL. 7.50 MEG. 5.5. Fat pad ~.5 inch.

                          Short term goal: Just see some growth.
                          Long term goal: BPEL 8.0 inches or so. MEG 6 inches.

                            first 2 weeks of bathmate I went in flacid. Then I went in hard and had a urethra injury.
                            Trouble uninating, pain, ED.
                            Then It developed into a urethra stricture that I self cured with metal rods you stick in you shaft!

                            Thankfully it is moslty healed, thank God!

                            THE BM was fun to use, I just should have not gone in erect.

                              Welcome back! I was discouraged you lost 75% of your length gain but encouraged to read later you have recouped most of that in 5-6 days! That’s impressive. I have read other posts about “cementing” your gains to prevent loss of PE gain. Did you do that? How long have you been away from PE? I remember you on the forum.
