2x 60 sec outward (3 directions)
2x 60 sec behind cheeks (3 directions)
2x 60 sec flaccid bend 4 directions

jelq one hand holding skin , the other hand jelqing 50 x each hand erect 30~50%
will try to increase jelqs , but i need to master it first
warm up 5 ~ 10 mins between every set
4 sets + 4 warms up and warm down with shower

Apparently the peyronies curvature edition of the quicker extender pro cures curved penises. The only reason I know this is what it is meant to do is because I just ordered one. However, not for the purpose of fixing a curve.
Yeah. And I'm not quite sure how effective that percentage would be also. My QEP just arrived though. But I won't be able to be a good testament to its curvature correction capabilities because I don't really have a curve besides an upward banana curve. But I want to keep that.
