I am almost 62 years old and I accept that I'm not as big as I was in my 20s. But my biggest problem is just ED, I can't get hard without pills and I can't stay hard at all. I stopped looking at porn 6 months ago (not even nudity) and I only mastrubate about once a month to relieve the build up.
My doctor hasn't been much help since I don't have any major health problems or risks. BP is nominal and I'm about 20 lbs above the ideal weight. I don't like using devices like cock rings.
I was wondering what exercises that I could be doing that would help with achieving and maintaining hardness? I don't mind if I gain size but I'm still at 6in on a bad day and 7.5 to 8 on a good one. Size doesn't matter if its gone within a minute or two. When I try to have sex, and understand my woman is close to my age, by the time she is prepped (lubed) I'm back down to 5 in and it is too soft to hold shape.
I am open to supplements, PE exercises, lifestyle changes or anything targeted to my issue.
