Okay, guys. I'm about 10 days (2.5 micro-cycles) from my first scheduled rest period. I'll be roughly 80 days into my PE journey, and I plan to take about a week off to assess and plan for the next 90 days. Thanks a ton to you guys for your guidance and encouragement so far!
To date, I have gained .75" in BPEL and .25" in girth. These gains are honestly more than I expected at this point, so I'm super excited about the coming year.
My question is about my upcoming rest period. Should I just take a total touchy-touchy fast? I assume sex is on the table, if the opportunity arises? Maybe ballooning? Again, maybe nothing?
Thoughts?
