New to pe, have had abit of early success with 3/4 length, 1/8 girth gains. Main focus or majority I should say is girth. Any Inch girth gainers out there? What is your bread and butter girth exercises favorites? I'm pumping 40 mins a day with squeezes......what worked for you? Let's hear some routines!

Congrats! 6" girth is impressive. From what I've read here, girth gains often come more gradually than length gains. Maybe that has to do with the increase in penis volume. I've had good experiences with jelqing. If pumping/squeezes are working for you, I'd say keep going! Consistency is definitely the biggest factor to growth. When you get tired of the same exercises or start to plateau, then it's time to switch things up.EL: 5 3/4", EG: 4 7/8" | 2020

Look at the routine signature below and there is one called Girth Buster. It starts with jelqs, then squeezes followed by clamping. You can also pump before or after all that as well.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

I'm almost to the end of my length focus, and after that I plan to move into a girth phase. I plan to exclusively use clamped edging with some jelqing in the style of Hydeaway85. I've been working a modified version his clamped edging technique into my routine already and have seen recent gains in girth even while still concentrating on length. You can see what he does on this thread. He doesn't come around here a whole lot these days, but is responsive to PMs or notes on his log when he does. If you have questions I'd suggest hitting him up.
Keep in mind, clamping is advanced. I'm still using a flexible cockring to condition myself for it. I know you're a bodybuilder and feel pretty conditioned, but I'd still take it slow getting into clamping.

Unless you want to be a professional pornstar, it is absolutely beyond me why you would want a girth over 6 inches.
5.5" is already a really awesome sweetspot, 6" well in the <1% range, but completely unnecessary.
With a girth of 7, you are probably reducing the fun for the most girls your going to be with considerably. You become the guy who is "too big" to be enjoyable, especially long term.
I would consider 7" the opposite range to being 4" or below in girth.
Both is not desirable for the vast majority of women out there.
Sounds more like a porn fantasy then anything else to me.Start 08. July 2019

He asked for the experience of the big girth gainers, not for life lessons. Use that energy more wisely.
To OP. I did not gain 1 inch in girth, more like 0.4", but prior to gaining I was jelqing and unsuccessfully. What started my gains was a combination of Ulis, Horse Squeezes and Slow Squash Jelqs. I consider these to be the best manual girth exercises. My routine was as follows:
- 5 x 60 secs Ulis with 90%~ erection
- 5 x 30-45 secs Horse Squeezes
- 5 x 60 secs Slow Squash Jelqs.
All of the exercises were done with a high erection and once I felt I needed something more, I finished with 10 Dry Jelqs.
All of the above exercises were done with strong grip. That worked for me, the lighter exercises did not give me gains, but I guess theu conditioned me. You need to be well conditioned for that routine. Also use warm rice sock for 10 minutes prior to every workout, it makes a difference

I'll look at all the info given here guys thank you!!! I've seen a few posts of gaining an inch plus in girth so it doesnt sound so unrealistic? Till I found this site I had never known what an average girth was which turns out to be 4.5, and I understand 6 is doing pretty well but like alot on here I'd like to gain abit because I'm not totally happy, I dont think it seems overally big. To be honest I always thought i was small there, from the camera angles in porn and i had an ex once tell me without me asking or anything "your length is good i just wish it was alot thicker" quote end quote and you know that comment was really detrimental to me at the time. This site has helped me confidence in such amazing ways and has helped me honestly feel better about myself in that department. Maybe 7 is ridiculous I'm unsure how drastic that would be but I do want to be thicker, thanks for the concern. I have an extremely good looking girlfriend and weve always had great sex, but since I started PE shes been that much more into it and said something about my hardness and feeling thicker and she loved it. I also have been trying a cockring in bed for the first few times and it adds a decent amount and she goes crazy with it. We are long term and the gains are just for us, I'm a loyal man. But honestly I just like the feel of it and so does she, shes been hitting the kegels too because we both love the feeling of working it in.....only worry is if I go to overboard she will start saying no to anal I get once or twice a month haha at that point not worth it
