    Hey guys,

    I've posted before about this and I appreciate the recommendations but this is getting really frustrating. I am almost 6 months into PE.

    I spent the first three months doing a jelqing routine that showed no results. I then added in squeezes (I've worked up to 50 every other day and nowadays I don't hold back when I squeeze, I really get a good pump at the end of the workout) and clamping following the squeezes using a cable clamp (20 minutes). Still nothing. I warm up using a rice sock for 5 minutes before every workout. I wore an extender for 6 months that yielded some results (I went up from just over 5 inches length to just over 6 so that's a plus) but my girth just won't budge.

    Any advice?

    I did not make any girth gains until I started pumping (20 minutes at 5 hg twice a day, five or six days a week.) Even then it took nine months before I saw meaningful gains.

      Clamping will produce results. Just hang in there. I do continuous clamps from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. I think you will see results if you remain consistent with clamping. Give it some time and the girth gains will come.

        Maybe you need to ramp up the intensity and add more rest days between workouts. Thats what helped me gain girth

          I've been doing PE for over 4 months and similarly, I got some length gains but no girth gains. I even started pumping 1 month before starting to use my extender. So I guess that girth gains are really harder to get comparing to length gains, which is reasonable by thinking about the required amount of tissue expansion between a slice increase and a diameter increase.

            Are you feeling maximum expansion when you are clamped? Took me a while to figure out clamping, and from reading around it sounds like there’s a big learning curve for many.

            It should feel like your unit is at the verge of bursting from pressure. If it is not than you should work on technique.

            You need to really maximize expansion to gain in girth. You should have a nice manageable soreness after your workouts IMO.

              Im not feeling maximum expansion when im clmaped. My penis hard rock 100% EQ and it doesnt expand at all.

              My unit is not at verge of bursting from pressure when calmping.

              I dont have a nicr manageable sorenes after clamping even I clamp 30min straight.

              Can you explain more in detail what I have possibility done wrong? And how to clamp correctly?

                Well first off I’d say search as much as you can on all the PE forums for maximizing clamping and tips, there’s tons of info.

                I gave you this response in another thread when you asked about clamping so I just copied it. Have you tried all this yet?

                - Always heat for at least 10 minutes before

                - Warm up with Jelq’s and squeezes for 10 or minutes.

                - Add more heat before clamping

                - Make sure the hinge or pivot point is on the bottom or “6 o’clock” position

                - Use a 1/4” thick foam padding around your unit under the clamp

                - Get the clamp as close to the pubic bone as possible. This is challenging and it’s the hardest part for me. I actively push it against my public bone pretty hard the whole time, it’s tiring.

                - Kegel blood. Only clamp so there’s just enough to where you feel pressure, then start kegeling hard for a few minutes to force blood in. Once you start filling up you can clamp harder. This is important!

                - Edge. The whole time when I’m clamping, I’m watching porn and edging my dick continuously keegeling blood in as well. This process is tiring because I’m also pushing the clamp against my pubic bone with the other hand. This is an exercise! That’s why I only do 5 minute sets and take a break.

                - Try a cock ring. This worked well for me. I would put on a rubber cockring, get as hard as I could with it while keegeling, THEN I would put on a clamp. CAREFUL this is intense if done correctly.

                - Again because this is important! Make sure to push the clamp hard against pubic bone! And Kegel!

                This is a skill you need to work at and build. It didn’t come together for me for about a month or so. I also gave up after my first attempt but came back, so don’t give up.

                Let me know how this goes once you’ve tried it!

                  I worked really slowly into clamping . Im now at 3x 5min sets . The last 2 sessions ive gotten atleast 1/2 inch expansion . My cc isnt always max hard though as i start to clamp at 70% and dont hit engorgement til 5-6 clicks . Lots of heat between sets.

                  Ive been trying taking more days off , 1 on 2 off or 2x2 . Im in a porn deconditioning, so im also working on a soft touch maxing eq program. It does help every week a different women comes onto me so i have something to think about .

                  Haven't seen gains yet , but i believe they will come as i add more time . Currently 5-5.1 msg , and 5.4-5.6 bg .

                  Does it seem like gains should be in my future?

                    I have been doing stretching, jelqing, pumping for the last 3 years and added clamping for the last 18 months. I have used bathmate for the last 3 years and Recently (1.5 months ago) I purchased electric pump Paloqueth with masturbating sleeve. I love this pump and I bundle stretch and then jelq and then Edge and enter the pump fully erect (the sleeve raises with penis inside pump) and then I would edge with 4 cockrings (Paloqueth 2 in one and 3 Cr of 0.8,1.0,1.2 diameter). I will start with the one with strap (one goes behind balls) and edge and then after 3 min I add the 1.2 cr and after 3 min add 1.0 cr and after 3 min add 0.8. I usually pump few 10 minute sessions and then use the 4 cr’s just like clamp or go back and forth between pump, jelq and clamp.

                    I used to clamp with normal clamp and it broke couple of months ago. I feel I get same expansion this way and only thing is I have to be careful taking Cr’s out (this one is very flexible and I am careful with it), it is possible to snap back if not careful.

                    I feel this is more controllable than clamp and if needed I would do Uli during the clamped time And kegel As well. I always measure before, during and after the session and I always get at least 0.75 in expansion During the 4 Cr session (after pumping) and at least 0.25 in After few hours.

                    Does it make a difference if using a clamp or 4 cockrings that I use like above?

                      I don’t think it matters what you use as long as the end result is good expansion and using common sense.

                      I would be careful though because if you feel a pain or need to abort quickly, taking off 4 cock rings is a lot slower than taking off a clamp.
