These past 3 sessions my EQ hasn't been up to par, and I'm wondering what exactly the causes may be. The only changes I've made to my routine are that I added a couple more minutes to jelqing and a few more reps to each stretch. Also, I've been kegeling a bit more. I bought a new lube as well, but it's the same one as before so I'm not sure if that can really affect EQ. Who knows, I may be wrong, which is why I'm here.
Another thought, maybe my tunica has been stretched longer meaning my smooth muscle is the limit? Any response would be great. Thanks!

Stretching has always reduced my EQ while jelqing has increased it. You might try reducing your stretching routine and increasing your jelqing one.

A few minutes more of jelqing? What's your new repetition average? Kegeling too much can reduce EQ as well if, you're pelvic floor muscle is fatigued. I know kegels can quickly make or break EQ.

i had this problem when i first started until i read a post on here about the relationship between flaccid stretch length and BPEL. Apparently if the flaccid stretched length is like 1/2'' or more longer than your BPEL you should incorporate more girth exercises. I did just that and my EQ went back up quickly.

Hey a little bit more jelq ,alittle bit more stretch, a little bit more kegal? Sounds like it could add up to a lot more work, you could just be tired.

drop in EQ could be almost anything.
Overall health, tiredness, virus, mental strain, these will all decrease EQ. Watching a rose-ann show will do it too.
More girth work works for me to improve it.August 09

weird enough stretching makes my EQ higher!
But just like the others said, you probably overworked you self? Take a day off, eat well and warm up your dick good!
Also, reducing masturbation helps a lot. I dont know how much you masturbate but make it too much.

@going411by7,Oh btw, i had that wrong. After stretch , my dick gets pumped with a lot of blood, but after that, the EQ becomes lower.

Hey you guys thanks for the responses. @trainingtzr I do not masturbate often and I only like to do so during my edging sessions on rest days (so i guess every few days).
I guess I should've mentioned that while I am doing the newbie routine, I'm not a newbie at PE. I did it last year for 3 months with relative consistency and since then have been on and off. But as of 3 weeks ago, I have recommitted and I have not missed a day (excluding rest days that I felt were necessary). It is very possible that I have overworked myself. As a result, I ended up taking 3 rest days just to play it safe, and I plan on getting back into it today.
So from what I'm understanding, I should be going for more girth right now, meaning I should be jelqing at higher erection levels. I don't want to incorporate any advanced exercises until I finish the newbie routine (unless you guys can suggest certain ones that qualify). Any more responses would be much appreciated. I feel many people like me can learn from all of the vets who have gone through the same thing.Starting stats: 5" NBPEL, 5.5" BPEL, 5.25" EG
Short-term goal REACHED on 4/19/09: 6" BPEL, 5.5" EG (Haven't measured NBPEL)
Short-term goal #2: , 6" NBPEL, 6.5" BPEL, 5.75" EG
