I'm currently in a debacle i understand if you rest for 2 days the gains will immediately come back on the day you restart..
But do you really feel it's necessary for a whole weekend off?
I'd love to hear some feedback and opinions on how you results and gains differed trying different options.
Especially anyone who completed the jp90 program.
