Wondering what others have done timewise to fit a more commited plan into their PE worjouts, after several years of being lazy and taking weeks off often, sometimes not doing any super-intensive workouts for months, just maybe a little light jelqing after pissing here and there.
i have recently begun to use my time in the shower to really intensely do PE, as i had the knowledge, but never really went full blast do to time and situations. i have also bought quite a comprehensive list of both herbal and amino acid suupllemtns which i have been taking every other day, with some breaks of 3-4 days without taking them.
I feel as if i am finally going to make a grand commited effort, both with the knowledge of supplements, and the knowledge of exercise i have gained from all the PE boards.
So i gues my big queston is:
What motivation has helped other "lazy" PE'ers?
Was anyone disciplined more by starting a progress log?
Perhaps a notebook with other info jotted down?
Other, more esoteric motivations?
I am interested in all motivating factors, other than the obvious ones! Thanks.

Progress log is very effective I agree. The more detailed it is, the more it helps you in the future, and it actually comes like a hobby for you. But I guess the biggest problem might be fitting your PE schedule to your every day life and activities. So if you find your fixed time - or time that suits you even if it is different every day - then you might be able to get more into it and then become more motivated. Your shower PE sounds quite good. Everybody takes showers and it is a perfect place for PE!
If you have the privacy, I would suggest that take PE as part of your evening entertainment. If you like to watch TV in the evening, instead of eating something in front of the telly, do PE! I have been watching House or Simpsons many times while jelqing my cock. It becomes a routine and you get into it so easily mate.
One thing is to do PE just before sleeping. If you usually masturbate, then why not exercise instead! Half an hour and then sweet dreams!
My problem is that sometimes the barrier of doing PE is too high. If I am already in bed, then I should go and heat the rice sock, start warming the unit, find the lube and apply it. Then focus on having an erection (I do squeezes so I need a high erection level). Focus on quality of the exercises which means that I really need to put my mind into it. Then I finish with, for example, ballooning. And then after all this, I should wash the lube off or it leaves my cock feeling uncomfortable. So in the end, it is about making PE easy and with low or no barriers. Don't see it as something that you need to prepare for or spend a lot of time on arranging before you can start. It just puts you down. If you can, try to fit it in your routine (like I wrote about watching TV while doing PE) or continue doing it in the shower. There really isn't any preparations in the shower but instead it goes automatically almost.

I agree totally with Elias. Yes try and make it like a hobby. I've never stuck consistently with anything, but two things that are helping with pe are starting my progress log, and breaking the routine into two bite-size chunks. And say for example i watch Scrubs every day, thats half an hour instead of sittting on my arse i'll do my kegels and stretches while watching, and i get a workout while doing what i'd normally do anyway. Then devote half an hour before bed for my jelqs. Its working and actually gives a sense of achievment. Oh and it makes my dick bigger-always a good motivator!

I think with PE there are peaks and valleys in terms of commitment levels. I've been at this for going on 6 years now and I've had times where I could hardly PE at all due to time contraints and times where I have PLENTY of time for workouts. PE is like working out, you keep at it and work through the times you feel "lazy". Focus on your overall goal and never lose sight of that goal and that should keep you motivated to keep going. No one says you have to do PE with the pedal on the floor 24/7. Burnout is a perfectly natural thing and when burnout happens, sometimes taking a couple of weeks or even a month off is what's needed to recharge your battery.

It's been easy these past few months to make PE a part of my life without having to force myself to workout. I don't normally work until late afternoon, but I wake up around 9; this leaves me hours and hours of time with no major responsibilities. I treat PE just like the actual gym and my other hobbies as Eric has mentioned. By making PE less of a responsibility/chore and more of a hobby...I have found that it becomes something you look forward to rather than something that needs to be forced. The progress log has been my major source of encouragement..everytime I read my progress log and someone has commented on how well I'm doing and provides me with motivation...It keeps the fire under my ass lit.
Other than wanting to have an enormous cock, I enjoy the other benefits of PE (harder erections, better control in bed) so much that I cant imagine not wanting to exercise

The thought of one day being known by the female population as "the guy with the huge dick" is enough motivation for me.
Keeping a detailed log will deffinatly be benificial, but as far as motivation goes, just that one though in the back of my head is enoughNov 22 2011 BPEL- 7.25'' Girth 5.1''

I look forward to doing PE everyday, though I certainly don't workout everyday.
If I'm traveling or if it's going to be difficult that day, I usually just try and sneak in some light stretching to keep the ball rolling.
I just took 2 days off, so back at it today tugging on old slick...
