I have been doing PE on and off for like 6 months now. Manual stretchin and pumping, have na extender but cant set up that darn thing for the love of my life.
Anyway here is the problem. Ever since my teens i didnt have a rock hard erection. I dont really get morning wood or spontaneous erections and if i try to stimulate by touching the glans it barely inflates a little, my sensitivity is practically non existent.
So what i do is stimulate as much as i can and then go into the pump and there i achieve a full erection.
I used to measure my erection as a 16 yr old kid and it was 7.1 inch in length when rock hard, girth idk, but nowadays when i manage to get somewhat of an erection (always flimsy though 😁 it gets to 5 inches of girth and it was visible thicker back in the day, so i would say my measurements were 7.1 x 5.5
I know i had some gains as when i first started pumping i would only grow to about 6 in mark in the pump and now i am to the 6.75 in mark, which is weird to me as i used to get to 7.1 when erect as a kid. But the pumo has that silicone seal which wraps completely around the base and some of the penile tissue is always left out of the pump, so i guess thats the reason, i am not getting a complete phallus into the pump.
My question is, is there anything, exercise wise, that can help improve EQ beside pumping and stretching?
I even tried cialis but all it did was drop my blood pressure and make me dizzy.
