  • Long stretching sets VS short ones and ANGLES

    In my case seems that long stretching sets like extending for 60 mins sets or hanging for 20 mins sets don t work for EL gains.
    BUT when I am doing 1-2 mins stretching sets and I am including angles is when the gains are happening.

    I would like to hear experiences on this.

    Also one more important thing I d like to add is that in my case LOW intensity stretching is what gives me longer FSL and EL gains.
    Big intensity strethcing is reducing FSL and no EL gains.

    Opinions on this too?

    Do you do all directions?

    How about s2s or bundled?
    August - Sept 2020
    6.7"x5.3" - 7.1"x5.45"

    Short Term Goal:
    7.25"x5.5"

    Long Term Goal:
    8"x5.75"

      All directions are favouring me except the upward because it is tensing my PF.
      Bundle stretching when I did them in the past it gave me girth gains.
