So i was checking out Vigrx the other day, and it was purely out of curiousity because i've read a lot of the experienced guys on here talk about how all these enlargement pills are bs. Anyway i was checking out the ingredients and doing a little research on them. They all seem to be legit in what the vigrx site claims they do individually. So i was just wondering if anyone takes herbal supplements to help them gain. Right now i'm only taking the vitamins noted in JonPoP's 90 day routine. Besides those i also take ginseng, ginko, and fish oil daily. So if any of you more experienced fellas can enlighten me i welcome the wisdom! Thanks everyone.

Generally speaking, things like Vigrx are charged at a premium and labelled up as "penis pills", but contain ingredients that you can buy separately at a health food shop.
I've tried a manner of different tablets and can tell you that apart from increasing things like your cum load, I've not noticed any difference.
Put it this way, I take the following at the moment each day:
- 3 x 20mg Zinc
- 3 x 1200mg Omega 3
- 3 x 500mg L-Arginine
- 2 x 1200mg Letchin
- 2 x 500mg Pygeum
- 1 x 1200mg Ginseng
- 1 x 5000mg Bilberry
- 1 x 500mg Vitamin B6
I also drink 3-4 cups of Green Tea each day.
What does it do for me? Well I get a better flaccid hang (but that could be down to the PE exercises more than the tablets) and I do have more pre-cum. But cum aside, it doesn't do much. I bought a large supply of tablets ages ago and just decided to finish them up, which is why I still take them. But once I've finished with them, I'll probably only replace the Omega 3 and L-Arginine.
I think if you're not that young, nor are you fit and healthy, then supplements like this CAN work for you. However I'm only 31 (not that old really) and am fit and healthy. I exercise a lot, have low body fat and have a healthy diet. It's probably for this reason that the supplements do little for me.
Would I recommend taking VigRx? No, not really. I've tried it and it did nothing for me. Nor did the Tongkat Ali I've tried, nor the tribilus. If you want to give it a go, then go ahead. You never know, you may see benefits, but like many of these things, if you're relatively young, fit and lead a healthy life-style, then I don't think you'll see anything apart from your bank balance getting smaller
Hope this helps.Don't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!

You should make a well balanced and broad diet your primary objective. Any deficiencies due to diet will short circuit any herbal additions.August 09
