  • What’s up guys it’s been a while away from PE for me

    I’ve started a new job and school so I have been insanely busy lately, I’ve wanted to get back into the pe realm, but my issue is a time restraint, if anyone could set me up with a program to do. I have a hanger, clamp, vac hanger, manual (obviously lol),
    I Would like a program for 20 mins a day bc that’s the most i get free( when I’m showering or early morning) I would be willing to document my progress for everyone throughout the next 6 years which is how long of school I have left and maybe inspire people that anyone could make it work. Thanks for any helps guys.

    I recommend jelqing and bundled side to side stretches for 20 minutes. If you can add a Heated rice sock, that would make your exercises more effective.
