Most people usually recommend a >1:1 RK to K balance. I'm inclined to agree with this, I'd say even 2:1 is good and can be done in the long term. I recommend using the app PFEI: it has a good slow progression that you can use for both K and RK. 3 times a day is usually pretty good, and everyday is OK but make sure to take rest days. I like doing 2 days on, 1 day off and repeat. You should see some reasonable progress in the span of a few weeks doing this.
