  • Hand injuries: The one-handed jelq

    Hey guys,

I sprained my wrist (badly) over the weekend and was wondering how to continue jelqing with one hand?

I'm on JP's 90 day plan, but I feel like this could be a topic of interest to the pros to.

    Thanks!

I find it easier to dry jelq with one hand, but I wouldn't recommend doing those without being a bit more conditioned. Easier to hurt yourself. Honestly, just jelq with one hand, you don't need to change much. But one arm will turn Pop Eye big and the other will be Olive Oil skinny.
    Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
    Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

I have done a lot of 1 hand jelq, as I am uncut ,I return the skin to starting position as I return my hand.

Thanks for the great responses guys.

I looked at those links Batwoman, and there's a pretty inspiring story. I feel like a baby for complaining about having a sprained wrist when one of the people in the thread didn't even have an arm.

But anyway, I ended up wet jelquing slower, and doing a kegel in between jelqs to keep up erection level.
