Well it's been 3 months now I've had off training.
I've done very minimal maintenance, almost none to be honest.
I measured in last week and I'm very happy to report all measurements are the same. Though I still need to change my girth stats to 5.7 but I need a lap top to do it.

I'm back in the game.
I'm going right back to the start and going with my most productive routine.
I bought a new extender. Another chinky cheapo.
I started using it last week for just an hour at low intensity, supplemented with jp90 style stretches and finishing up with jelqs.
I'm now in the start of my second week and here's how the routines looking so far.
Warm up
1 set of directionals
2-3 hours extending is what I'm aiming for.
100 jelqs.
Week by week I will build this up, introducing more directional between extending sets and increasing the jelqs and also the extending times and intensity.
It may look heavy, but I'm listening to my body, I'm a vet and I know my Wang. All my stretches are light for now and I'm not forcing the winding on the extender. I'm breaking myself in nice and gently.
