    I am taking a break from routine due to poor eq. I always watch porn when edging and I was defintely watching too much porn for stimulation. I haven’t watched porn for 6 days and now started to do a jelq with edging routine to get back eq.

    What else can be the issue with low eq? I feel my glans is the last to inflate and doesn’t get fully inflated. I feel it subsides quickly if I stop stimulating it.

    I also don’t pulsate as I would in the past. When edging I feel I might accidentally ejaculate but my glans isn’t engorged. It’s not actually edging when you’re penis isn’t full and ready to burst. I’m always afraid I have an injury. But what else can be the issue?

    I even take cialis and don’t seem to be doing much

    I had a problem with my head not getting engorged a while back. It had a greyish hue and would only inflate when I was just about ready to pop. Kegels fixed it. Fast.

    What was your routine? I’m currently doing 10 kegals and 10 reverse kegals. I’ve always done kegals. But my kegals don’t seem so strong neither

    I would warm up with 3 sets of 5, only "squeezing" to about 50%. Then I'd do three sets of 10, squeezing as hard as possible for two seconds, letting off to about 50%, and going to 100% again (you don't let off the tension completely until the set is over). I was sore for a couple days, but as soon as that went away, I'd do this twice a day. Within a week, the color started improving and it started getting engorged even with just a chubby.

    When was the last time you took a break from PE?

    How's the health? Are you getting exercise? Proper diet? Sleep?

    This has also happened to me very recently, too. I have not long started compression hanging and was worried I'd injured myself but I haven't felt any pain or discomfort at all during or in between exercise whatsoever and I'm nearing a year in to exercising. I have, however, been depressed/demotivated/funny sleeping pattern/smoking cigarettes recently and wondered if any or all of that was attributing to it.

    I don't feel fully erect and my glans are nowhere near as engorged and full when erect as they usually are. I was also watching a lot of porn recently, too.

    It is very concerning!

    Your prob is PF overtension.
    This is why your kegels are not strong anymore ,cause your PF is already high enough and it can t get any higher while kegeling in order to push more blood.
    This is why your glans can t expand.
    This is why your EQ is low.

    Stop the kegels for good ,stop any PE activity and anything that brings you into an erection and bust your ass by doing 300Rks/day.(30x10).
    By Rks I mean the correct ones that you are in a baby pose and performing very deep breathing to the point that you will be feeling your PF expaning big time.
    If you follow what I said in 1 week you will be good as new.
    Your problem is not the porn it self... its the long duration of edging. When we are in an erection the PF automatic is getting tensed and elevated in order to keep the blood in your dick for maintaining the erection.... too much of this and you are ending up with PF overtension.

    Stretching upwards
    Jelqing in general
    Edging
    Pumping

    Are the PE exercises that are taxing for the PF.
    So the PEer is FORBIDDEN to add more tension by performing kegels. On the contrary he is OBLIGATED to perform Rks dayly in order to release the taxing tension from this PE workout.

    Kegels are only for the couch potato person that has a loose PF from not exercising with body resistance training and/or not doing any kind of PE.
