Hello Fellas,
i've just wanted to share a technique, a variation of the Uli / manual clamp.
Maybe something similar has already been discussed in our forums - I found nothing..
This is my first post in this forum; But it was nearly exactly four years ago, i stumbled upon our magical cult for the first time. Since then i am a very intense follower of this forum, even though only passively up to this point. And of course i am a very disciplined practitioner.. [With all decency, my gains are quite memorable..]
So, as the name says, you will wanna hit deep down, towards your PC muscle. The problem of the so called baseball-bat effect when jelqing, pumping or clamping is infamous enough!
So at some point in my journey, quite lately, i've started to intuitively grab myself in a special manner:
Hold booth of your hands as if you were reading a small book; Palms towards you, except to the thumbs, them facing downwards; all kindred fingertips touching each other.
Then the index, middle, ring fingers & pinkies slide down behind the balls & try to dig into the deepest part of your base. (You could come dangerously close to your anus, so cut your finger nails good!)
At the same time your thumbs press down from the top side of the shaft, also as deep as possible inwards to the pubic bone.
So basically you grab your penis like a scorpio would grab his prey. (->EXERCISE NAME)
I recommend, sitting with legs widely spread, lying on your back or squatting.
The benefit of this exercise variation seems quite clear to me:
An extension wich includes the deepest part of the shaft, which mostly stays un- /undertrained. This, but without the (/less) friction, compression or danger for the seed ladders etc., as it comes with regular behind the balls jelqs/clamps! (And i would say, they don't go as deep as this new exercise, the scorpio...)
The focus lays on the Corpus cavernosum, with the index & middle fingers pressing tight. For getting the Corpus spongiosum stronger too, the "art of the scorpion" would demand you to use ring fingers & pinkies pressing a bit more sideways.
Of course, variation is possible:
You can try, doing the same technique above the balls, like gripping between your balls & corpus carvernosum. (See 3rd picture.)
You can also try Kegeling while deep clamping, and in the second blood pushes forwards, you grab a little deeper..
What i also often do, is only using the thumbs & the middle-fingers!
[Also interesting, when having a warm mouth around your boi - Scorpio while getting a blowjob.. But of course risky!]
Two negative sides are, that
1. you need booth of your hands
& 2. quite the finger strength!
I know how difficult it is, to understand an exercise only described in words.
I won't make a video for the beginning. But luckily i am an art-student, so at the end are some graphic instructions (:
I'm happy, i found a technique, wich allows me to include the deepest part of the shaft in my girth-focused training-routine. I don't measure more than once in a month, but i have the feeling, girth, especially BG is expanding.
I hope you find it helpful too.
As always, i preach to be cautious & practice at a low & safe erection level for the beginning.
THIS IS NOT A BEGINNERS EXERCISE!
Maybe, as with starting ULIs, 10-30secs., not 100%EQ & only a few reps should be enough to go!
