    I recently added a bunch to my routine and was noticing real gains.
    But, while jelqing, I noticed a tiny amount of blood coming out of my urethra. I immediately stopped and it has been a few days but I am afraid to go back at it. I feel like I am losing my recently acquired boost in size and confidence but blood is never good.

    I did a 15 min pump
    400 jelqs and
    700 s2s’s all in the morning and got no blood
    but when I went back to do my second workout later that night I only got to about 15-20 jelqs and noticed a tiny spec of blood coming out of my urethra.
    Anyone familiar or have experience with this? Am I going to be down for awhile? Should I take a week off and slowly get back at it?
    Any advise it appreciated!!

    I wasn’t crazy hard. But definitely enough to feel the blood getting pushed to the tip. I haven’t been experiencing any pain and have even been intimate(me n wifey both wanted n didn’t want to wait)with no more blood.
    I’m having no issues but blood is scary and I don’t wanna throw my manhood, as well as 3 years jelqing, and an inch of length + some girth away so I’m being careful and seeking advise on how to proceed from here.

    I'd take a week, it wont cause to to lose anything permanent, you may find a week off every so often is helpful.

    Don't the idea of losing gains get you psyched out. You will feel plump as normal after 2 or three days back.

    Sometimes people notice they have made a gain after a short break.

    Damn. Go easier, dude. Wait until you have zero pain/unusual sensation anywhere in your pelvic region or when peeing and no sign of blood for at least a week.

    No pain, and no weird feelings. I’m not even jelqing that hard. I’m moving blood, but def not squeezing hard.

    I’m ganna wait a week and start back light. Make sure I don’t get anymore blood in the pee hole.

    These are typically minor injuries, usually just a broken blood vessel and for the most part, heal pretty quickly.

    Its just better off to be safe.

    Good call on your part, you may feel energized after the break.
