Applying HEAT RUB to base of penis after or before stretching routine

Considering the effect of heat rub like Deep Heat, if applied carefully around the base at the ligament, do you think this would help with PE?

One aspect of using that, is it soaks in, lasting possibly longer that you want/or can endure.

I'd go with a removable heat source, it will allow better control.

I'd advise AGAINST putting anything like that near your genitals!

The skin of the genitalia is very sensitive and can be burned by harsh chemicals safe for other parts of the body.

Tried it with Icy hot years ago.....I will never make that mistake again, I damn near had tears running down my face while I sat with my burning dong under ice cold running bath water
