While jelqing has been shown to be amazing for EQ and possible girth due to its pumping-like technique, I am skeptical towards its proclaimed use for length gains. The technique of jelqing itself doesn't seem to have enough of a "stretch" element applied to it in order to make any kind of length difference.

I think if the jelq is done properly you are stretching the shaft as you move the OK grip up.
Normally a stretch is done by gripping below the glans and pulling. However, this does not ensure an even stretch. You made be pulling more at the top or at the base, etc. Depending on grip, angle, and so on.
With a jelq motion you can spot stretch the shaft. Include a second hand and you can stabilize the base or even higher up, in order to really focus on one segment.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>

There are more intense and direct movements available. but the jelq has been proven bu many to be effective at adding length.
Jelq in a downwards direction with a low degree of erection and minimal lube. You should notice a stretch in the suspensory ligament and shaft if you're performing it correctly.Want One FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE
